A key necessity of all projects is to ensure they “come out of the ground” correctly. Quite often underground work is perceived as simple “ditch digging,” but in quality construction, underground requires an exhaustive, complex and dynamic process.
The underground conduits and structures must be installed to meet all applicable codes at the coordinated locations and elevations from finished surfaces, all the while avoiding conflicts with building footings and other utilities. It is critical that individual conduits be stubbed up at precise locations and that all work is accomplished within the time allotted in the project schedule.
